Poster Presentations

These presentations take place in the area where coffee and tea breaks for delegates will be held, this guarantees maximum exposure for your company and products. The size of a poster board is as follows: 

Height: 1,40 m
Width 1,17 m 
>  this is the measure of the working surface of the poster board

   

The total height of the poster board is 1,92 m. The morning prior to the congress ( early 1 December ) you are welcome at the venue to prepare your poster board. The poster presentation fee is exclusive of congress attendance.

All suggestions for other ways of presenting your company at this congress can be discussed. Should you wish to have a bigger space for your product/services, please let us know your wishes!
